These almonds from Spain naturally have a strong, slightly tart character – just the right basis for a fresh, acidic refinement with a citrus note.

After gentle roasting in our own roastery, their unique character emerges: Fine, barely visible crystals adhere to the surface – tiny granules with a lemony note that envelop each almond like a light veil. Completely free of preservatives or hydrogenated oils, achieved solely through freshness and precise blending.

Each batch is roasted just before shipping, within 24 hours, and then immediately filled into a bag. This ensures a clear texture: crisp on the outside, firm on the inside – and enveloped by that fine, vibrant acidity.

With the first bite, you immediately experience the interplay: the firm almond, followed by the delicate citrus crystals that slowly dissolve. They bring a pleasant freshness, a slight tingling on the tongue, and elevate the natural almond aroma to a new level. It’s not a dominant flavor, but a precise accent that makes every bite interesting.
